What are private label candles?

Private label candles are personalized candles that we design exclusively for you! Not only will you choose the fragrance but we will also customize the top, side, and bottom labels for you. We have an excellent program to create the product that works best for you!

Can I pick any fragrance?

Yes, you may choose from any fragrance we offer! We recommend some of our most popular fragrances: Apricot Fig, Caramel Crème, Crushed Raspberry Leaves, Cinnamon Orchid, Apple Cinnamon, and French Vanilla.

What could I do with my own private label candles?

Customized private label candles are great for retail sales, corporate gifts, promotional items, gift baskets, and fundraising.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, you may order as few as 200 candles. For every 100 candles you order you may choose one fragrance.

Do you guarantee your products?

Absolutely! We pride ourselves in creating quality products and we guarantee our craftsmanship 100%!

How much does it cost?

There are two factors in determining the total cost: candle cost + label cost. The more you order the more you save. The label cost is for the printing of 1,000 labels. Design charges are not included in this pricing. If you provide acceptable artwork files there will be no design charges. (click here to find out more about artwork specs). With your initial order we will create 1,000 custom labels for your business, school, or organization, regardless of the size of your candle order. We will store the remaining labels for your future orders. Payments for private label costs are due in advance of label production. How long will I have to wait for my customized candles?

After we have received a signed artwork approval form, order, and payment for the labels we will start production. It will approximately take 4 weeks for order completion. Production time will take 7-10 business days for the labels and 10 business days for the candles. Candles that are needed sooner than 3 weeks will have a rush charge applied.

Can I order a customized display?

Yes, we will even customize our Botika displays for you! Our handcrafted natural wooden display units are designed to merchandise Botika Candles to their fullest potential. Perfectly designed to fit the natural feel of Botika Candles, we offer a variety of display unit sizes to fit the needs of your store. What if I want to receive a sample mock up candle?
