Fundraising Terms & Policies

Pricing
Your group has agreed to sell the Botika Candles Glowz, Walk With Jesus, or private label candles for the prices listed per candle as shown on the brochures. With Botika Candles you always have the option to receive 50% gross profit and our Sales Incentive. Your group is purchasing the items in the designated flyer(s) for resale in their fundraising project. Also, in no way is your group acting as an agent of Botika Candles, the manufacturers of the candles.

As the sponsor, you have agreed to supervise and take responsibility for your organization for this fundraising campaign.  Prior to shipment of your candle order, a method of payment must be established. Your options are:

Cashier's Check
Money Order

  at time of delivery
at time of delivery
Visa or Mastercard   prior to shipping
Public Schools net 30
or
school check
Purchase order is required when order is placed

at time of delivery

We will be unable to ship your order until we know the method of payment. For C.O.D. orders, we will contact you regarding the amount due before your order ships.  Orders will be packed in bulk for shipping.  If you would like your order presorted, there is a $25.00 charge that will be added to your invoice. 

Shipping Charges
Botika Candles will pay for your shipping charge if your group sells 250 or more candles. Otherwise, the shipping charge will be based completely on the weight of your order and the location to which it is being shipped. Your maximum shipping charge (not including expedited shipping) will be $50.00 (Excluding Alaska & Hawaii).  We use UPS for most of our shipping.  If a different method is required please specify when placing your order.  We will, when possible, comply with your request.  Product will ship in 3-4 weeks from the date the Order Forms are received by Botika Candles.  You can request a tracking number from us once the order is shipped.

If the shipping company has damaged your order, all discrepancies must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise.  Check each shipment/package immediately as not all damages will be visible.  Retain the carton and packing material for claim purposes.  We will need you to return the damaged items to Botika Candles.

Brochures
We ask that you return any damaged or unused brochures from your sale.  If they are not returned, there may be a charge of fifteen cents ($.15) for every missing brochure.  The brochures cost over twenty cents ($.20) each to print. We want to keep our costs down so we can pass along the cost savings to our customers. 

Returns/Exchanges
Botika Candles have a 100% guarantee!  We ask that you wait at least seven (7) days after receipt of your candles before you contact us about any returns/exchanges.  We will be unable to make any exchanges for orders that are not sent back to us within one (1) month.
